Rawhy El Araby Founder & Chairman – Navix Logistics Services Rawhy El Araby is a seasoned executive who combines deep professional expertise with strategic vision in institutional development and partnership building. With more than 25 years of experience in architecture, government relations, and crisis management, he has led high-impact initiatives that strengthened his capabilities in negotiation, institutional governance, and multi-stakeholder engagement. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Regional Working Group for Civil Society Organizations within the Arab League Partners Alliance for Sustainability, where he leads regional coordination efforts that support sustainable development agendas. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the New Republic Foundation for Development, driving long-term development models and partnership frameworks that deliver measurable impact. Mr. Hatem Ali Abu Sobh Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) Hatem Ali Abu Sobh is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Navix Logistics Services — a business leader recognized for his practical, execution-driven approach to building and scaling logistics operations across international markets. With more than 18 years of experience in the logistics sector, he has successfully established and led logistics ventures in China, the United Arab Emirates, and several other emerging markets in the region. Before co-founding Navix, Hatem served as Chief Executive Officer of 3H Logistics, where he drove business expansion, strengthened strategic partnerships, and helped the company increase its regional footprint in cross-border supply chains. At Navix, Hatem leads end-to-end operational functions with a focus on efficiency, precision, and customer value, believing that sustainable success in logistics is built on trust, discipline, and empowered teams. Known for transforming opportunities into scalable business models, Hatem focuses on building global-standard operational systems and delivering measurable outcomes within short execution cycles — positioning companies for real global competition, not just local growth. Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed brings over 35 years of extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, holding senior executive roles across major multinational organizations and high-impact commercial sectors. He spent 18 years at Lafarge Cement – France (Egypt operations), where he contributed to developing operational systems, optimizing supply chain performance, and enabling scalable growth within one of the world’s largest industrial groups. He then served for 4 years as Senior Advisor to InterCement Brazil in Egypt, leading major strategic development programs and enhancing performance across the cement supply chain. Dr. Mohamed also held senior executive roles in international trade, serving as: • Group CEO – Trade for More for Import & Export. • Group CEO – Aterna for Grain Imports. Today, as the Chief Executive Officer of Navix Logistics Services, Dr. Mohamed leads the company’s strategic direction, international expansion, and operational excellence — positioning Navix as a trusted partner in integrated logistics solutions and next-generation supply chain management. Dr. Mohamed is recognized for his transformational leadership style, his ability to build highly effective teams, and his strength in shaping long-term strategic partnerships. Mr. Abdel Rahim Co-Founder & Board Member – Navix Logistics Services Mr. Abdel Rahim brings more than fifteen years of experience in international trade, import & export operations, and commercial brokerage, during which he led cross-border commercial activities, developed multi-market supply relationships, and built sustainable global sourcing networks. Throughout his career, he played a central role in structuring international trade deals, activating regional distribution channels, and negotiating long-term supply agreements, in addition to managing export flows and commercial brokerage between regional and global stakeholders. This track record enabled him to translate global market opportunities into scalable business outcomes. His approach is rooted in market intelligence, risk management, and strategic partnership building, transforming international trade from short-term transactions into enduring economic value. Today, as Co-Founder and Board Member of Navix Logistics Services, Mr. Abdel Rahim contributes his expertise in international trade to support the company’s vision of building a world-class Arab logistics ecosystem capable of generating real commercial value across modern supply chains.

Eng. Hanan Ali is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Navix Logistics Services. She has extensive experience in supporting executive leadership, coordinating multi-departmental activities, and managing operational files in fast-paced business environments. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior management and executive offices, contributing to the preparation of reports, follow-up on performance priorities, and supporting the documentation and workflow required for informed decision-making. She is known for her strong organizational skills, disciplined follow-through, and ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism. At Navix Logistics Services, Ms. Hanan Ali plays an essential role in supporting the COO by coordinating operational activities between departments, tracking execution indicators, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining the readiness of operational files at the executive level.
